iHIND - Indian Health Information Network Development
is a volunteer led national initiative to learn from the world and provide
accessibility to healthcare for India using today's technology. This idea grew
out of NKC (National Knowledge Commission) recommendations developed and
submitted to Govt of India by a team headed by Sam Pitroda. iHIND is envisioned
in three tracks and volunteers are free to choose any of them.
